We love meeting our Eagan neighbors and helping care for their decks!

Our customer noticed that their joists were pulling away from the outside header of their elevated deck, making the deck very unsafe. We were able to repair the issue and extend the life of their deck at minimal cost.
A twisting header caused some of the joists to separate from the header
We jacked up the deck to secure it at level and removed and replaced the header
We reattached the joists to the straight, secure header

A tree had grown up along the edge of our customer’s deck and had begun to envelop a portion of the railing. We were able to remove the railing without harming the tree and build an inside corner that gave both the tree and the deck the space they needed.
A tree had grown right up along the side of the deck
The tree grew into the deck railing itself
We safely removed the railing and rebuilt a small portion of the deck to avoid the tree

Our customer’s deck post was rotting almost to the point of collapse. We replaced the post, secured it at top and bottom, and left the deck in great shape.
A rotting post was making this deck unusable
After jacking up the deck to secure it, we removed the rotten post
With a new post installed, this deck is ready to go!

What started with a fallen tree branch and a broken railing turned into the discovery of rotten joists and stringers. A full reskin later and this gorgeous deck is essentially brand new!
A tree branch fell and damaged multiple sections of railing
We discovered rot in various locations all over the deck
We replaced the railing, decking, stairs, and fascia, leaving our customer thrilled with the state of their deck

Our customer wanted to add an outdoor deck space to the side of their existing three-season porch. We worked with them on layout and design to build this beautiful addition!
